Carbonara (Lazio), Schirpelle ‘mbusse (Abruzzo), Neapolitan timbale  (Campania), Pasta with  sardines  (Sicilia), etc.). The cooking class provides the exit for shopping in a local market for the purchase of the necessary ingredients for the preparation of dishes.
