You will enjoy the preparation of the traditional Roman home made pasta with the use of various flours (tagliatelle, pappardelle , stuffed ravioli , lasagne) seasoned with traditional Roman cuisine sauces ( funghi porcini, ragu’alla bologenese,  pesto, crema di asparagi ).  You wil share with us an exquiste lunch prepared with your hands with a good glass of Italian wine!
